By registering for class I release FITTHERWAY from liability and claims related to injury and accident that may occur during or after participation in class rather by negligence or anything other circumstance. 

I AGREE/ACCEPT TO FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW: 

1. Assumption of Risk
   1. FITTHERWAY is not liable for any medical conditions, accidents, or injuries sustained during class or after. 
   2. I understand that participation in FITTHERWAY classes involves physical activity that may include strength training, cardio, and the use of bricks and/or other equipment. 
      
   3. If necessary, you have been cleared by medical professional to participate in physical activity. I understand that I am responsible to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program to determine personal safety.
2. Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable if contacted 24 hours prior to class. 
3. Media/Photo Release: 

1. 1. You may or may not be included in photos/videos during class that may or may not be used on any FITTHERWAY platform.
      
   2. By purchasing ticket and attending class you are confirming that you consent to the media/photo release.

By continuing to checkout, you understand and agree/accept all terms and conditions listed above. Tickets are non refundable, but can be transferred if notified 24 hours prior to class (will evaluate case by case).
